RC 1 - REMOTECLEAN

The REMOTECLEAN system is a heat exchanger cleaning machine that is controlled remotely. In contrast to the AUTOCLEAN system, the operator controls the system. By dispensing with an electrical control system, only compressed air is required as drive energy. During the design phase, attention was paid to a compact construction and easy installation. The REMOTECLEAN system can be used as a supplement to the AUTOCLEAN system or as a cost-effective entry into mechanical tube bundle heat exchanger cleaning.

Long-proven mechanics

The REMOTECLEAN 1 is one of our latest products and is based on the mechanics of our tried-and-tested AUTOCLEAN 5. The durability of the individual components has therefore been proven in the field and the purely air-controlled control unit means that electrical components can be dispensed with.

Practical extras

As an accessory for our RC 1, we offer our robust tablet and camera as a cost-effective positioning aid. With our improved camera, which is attached to the guide tubes of the cleaning machine, you have an overview even without direct visual contact with the exchanger surface.

Although the control system is controlled entirely by compressed air, operation is simple with just two joysticks and diagonal movements across the heat exchanger are possible with just one finger.
